How can we help?

Our Council is made up of ten members, including physiotherapists, community members and a legal member.

We manage complaints about the clinical care and treatment, professional behaviour or health of registered physiotherapists and students in NSW.

We manage complaints about the conduct, performance and health of registered health practitioners and students in NSW.

Complaints are concerns about the care, treatment or behaviour of a registered health practitioner.

Our website can provide you with more information about the assessment and management of a complaint. You can also contact us.
